It got me thinking how it feels to be disabled. How does it feel to be distinctively different, to know that you will carry this difference all throughout your life? To feel as if people look to you with pity? To feel like you cannot do some, or a lot of things "normal" people can do?
And yet, sometimes, I feel like they are blessed in a way. Blessed because many of them are innocent and pure. Blessed because they are not tainted with the corruptness of this world. They are isolated from evilness, malice, and seemingly complicated things in this life. They are held accountable for lesser things, because their hearts and minds are sincere with everything that they do.
I guess I can say that we are blessed in different ways. =)
Wala lang! Gooooodmorning! =)
